Zoe Fysikoudi, RP
Have you ever felt that words alone might not fully capture your thoughts and feelings?
We often rely heavily on verbal communication, paying less attention to our body and intuition.
This workshop will explore the foundations and benefits of integrating the left and right brain, body and mind. You’ll engage in experiential activities that you can add to your ‘therapist toolbox’. By paying attention to the process and connecting with bodily sensations, you can gain new insights into both your own and your clients’ internal worlds.
Since 2017, Zoe has been working with children, youth, and parents, and is passionate about supporting them in developing a deeper sense of self and stronger relationships with themselves and others. Zoe believes that incorporating creativity in therapy sessions allows us to access a wealth of inner resources that can support growth and healing.
